Default electronic taillight converter install help!

I'm trying to finish installing this hoppy electronic taillight converter, I started installing it 2 years ago and never finished... It has the 5 wires to attach: yellow, green, brown, white and a red 1. I attached all the wires right behind the driver's side taillight but I don't know if I need the red wire attached.... We're getting ready to move and will be borrowing a trailer.

Please forgive me if this is a repost, I don't want to completely undo everything, using the wires behind the bumper.

Thanks

Edit: so i checked to make sure that the left and right turn signals work, but i lost the tester and i don't know which wire is for the brakes. I tried looking up a diagram but havent found it. That's the only function that i can't get to work using the led light bar I have.

So my wife moved some stuff with the truck today and I was behind her and the turns signals work but when you push the brakes it causes the wrong side to blink... I still didn't figure out the break wire...

Thanks
