So I have a 2000 Chevy s-10 blazer and I recently have been having problems with my flasher. It made that "Tick" sound even if the turn signals or 4 ways werent on. So i thought, easy fix. Bought a new flasher and replaced it but now it makes an annoying "buzz" when the turn signal isnt on. The buzz stops if i have any turn signal on or if i press the brakes... obviously its got some problem to do with the rear lighting somehow but thats where im stuck... any ideas?
