Gauge/Taillight fuse blowing?
I replaced the fuse for the gauges and rear running lights and and it blew again within a minute ! What's up with that?
Where should I begin looking for the problem?

There's a ground on the rear bumper, drivers side if I recall correctly. Make sure the area around it is clean and securely attached. I had the same problem on my 94 and didn't find it until I was halfway through parting it out.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll check it out.

Good idea to check that ground.. but it probably has nothing to do with blowing the fuse. Bad grounds typically draw less, not more, current
First .. does the fuse blow without those lights on? If so, then prob is between the fuse and the light switch... OR in the instrument cluster or the harness leading to it.
Does fuse blow without either Ign sw or light sw on.. almost certainly a wiring harness short.
All I have is diag for 99 so I cant be of much more help

I would say that's true, but if it's arcing against the metal (like mine was) it could blow the fuse.

It blows the fuse 30 seconds or so after turning on the lights.
