Default taillight fuses blowing

hey guys i got a 1995 blazer 4 wheel drive. my taillight fuse keeps blowing, it is fuse #3 that takes a 20a. i don't have a hitch. im not particularly good at tracing wires. the fuse blows while driving with the lights on typically when you hit a bump or something like that and when you stop to put another one in it'll keep blowing them right away but if you wait a while you can get another one in and it will be good for maybe a couple of miles. hoping maybe somebody could help me out with typical areas to look at. i have looked at everything in viewing sight and it all looks good but this is not an area of expertise i am especaily talented in. thank you for any help

ive seen a few times where the wires right behind the tail lights rub against the body and cause them to short out. pull out the tail lights and see if anything is broke or open wires are showing

Ran into this on my old P/U

pull your cigarette lighter and check the element
the element breaks off and rolls around the socket
Problem being it blows the fuse , cools off , rolls around until it contacts again
