Default headlight problems

I've been having problems with my passenger side regular light working sporadically. i took the headlight out of both just to compare and see if i could identify any problems. Now neither of the regular lights work. Highbeams are fine. Any ideas what the problem could be?

trying to fix my headlights. it used to be just my passenger side daytime running light. it would work sporadically. so i took my light covers off the check out the bulbs and possible replace. when i put them back on the lights worked for like 2miles then both shut off. i know i inserted them back correctly and snapped the wired correctly but i cant figure out whats worng now.when i go inside my truck the only lights that work are my brights. what should i do?

miami_canes, I think swartlkk was asking you the specifics of your vehicle. Year, model, that sort of thing.
