I have a 2001 Blazer front end on my 2000 Olds Bravada. Since there are no fog lights on the Blazer could I connect the wires from the fog lights to the headlights that are not
illuminated when the bright lights are illuminated? Then I could possibly have all four headlights illuminated with the fog light switch turned on. Would this work? Thanks for any help.

Do you mean connecting the fog light plug to the low beams? Wouldn't you lose the low beams in that case? Turning on the headlights would only run the taillights, and I guess any side markers or whatever. Have to turn on the fog light switch for the low beams.
What I would like to have is a way for all four headlights to be on at the same time. Like a third position for higher high beams. This may take some wiring/rewiring. Thanks for your reply.

I really don't see how without frying your system - Inless you splice in a switch or cut the wire to kill the normal low beams then add a relay to turn on the low beams when the fog light switch is activated. By doing so you will lose the automatic way the low beams work. And you sure wouldn't want to forget and have the normal low beams and the relay on at the same time .....
Your best bet is add some driving lights with a relay off the fog light switch or use a relay off the high beams so when the high beams are turned on it trips the relay - also if you run off the high beams add a switch that over rides the relay so you can just run the high beams only
