heater issues..

heater issues..

when i just got this truck the **** for AC, Heater, Defrost... ect was broken. i just replaced it and it clicks to show its set on the different settings but air only comes out up by the windshield for defrost.. i cant get it to come out of the vents at all... ideas?

Did you replace just the ***** that control the heater and A/C functions or did you replace the entire panel?
