Default HID conversion

I am looking to convert my standard headlights to HID. Does anyone know of a good brand? There are alot out there...just don't want to get a crappy set and problems with it.

Please don't put HID bulbs in your factory housings.

Ok, thanks for the help.
Why should you not use your factory housing?

Because it make little difference to the light it puts on the actual road, but blinds oncoming drivers. HID bulbs have a different focal point than a 9006/9005 bulb, which makes them scatter the light rather than focus it to the road.

Does HID lights come on as fast as a regular halogen bulb?
I plan on doing my high and low beams and find some LED for the fog lights...I'm going all blue lights.

Oh ok, good to know. I have heard that sometimes if you use your factory housing that the HID bulbs are longer than the standard bulbs and will tounch the inside of the housing and not fit. Is there any truth to that? I will be getting new headlight housings but will be getting the lights first (lights are a little cheaper).
