Default limited electrical accessories working

my 03 blazer has been dead for a couple months and now that i got it started up the mileage low fuel light air bag light etc dont show up however highbeams does. wipers dont work radio stays off until i turn the key to off then it turns on until i open the door. fuel gauge reads zero but its got like 10 gallons. remaining miles on the overhead reads --. I could get this all to function by pushing the horn and or opening the window while the door was open. now the truck wont start, battery is at 12v all im gettung a solenoid or relay click when turning the key. i do not have any radio security that i know of as when i install aftermarket radios i can use a normal short harness aadapter.

My pickup was doing that, the dash would go blank when i turn on the heater. ABS and Brake light were flashing and the cruise control would not work. I removed the ignition switch and took it apart and cleaned the contacts inside the switch and installed the switch, now everything is working fine.
