Hey all, OSS here;

I have my HiDextra kit, 8K low beam 9006 kit. Past month or so I noticed my passenger side is substantially less bright. My driver side lense clouded over, pass is clear. I swapped ballasts over today and same problem is occuring. Headlights are in properly, and the headlight housing is in the correct holes. Try the bulbs next or?

i would say if you swapped ballasts all that is left is the bulbs...my guess

 

X2 on what Jared said. If it's under a year shoot Michelle at HIDXtra an email & ask about a warrenty replacement. Just make sure you don't touch the bulbs with your bare fingers at anytime!
