i have a 89 blazer
and the 4 way flashers worked fine but no turn signals

so to the net i went and found no help

remove the pannal under the colum.
the flasher for the turn signals is a box style relay.
to the right of the e brake the first relay is the horn. the
next one to it is the one u need to change.
anouther thing is the turn signal fuse. my fuse was good but the contacts were spread apart .and it would not get conection
so i finly got it fixed. at advance the part # is EP35
