Default Сigarette lighter wiring problem. I need help

Hi guys!
I have GMC Jimmy 1995. My car is a problem - burned wiring сigarette lighter. I disassembled it and saw 2 wires "plus" (orange) partially havn't skin.
Сigarette lighter and two accessory plugs have 4 wires - 2 "plus" orange color and 2 "negative" black color.
One of orange color has completely burned skin from сigarette lighter to fuse box and so it is easy to identify. But the second orange wire around fuse box are intact and it diifficult find where it comes into fuse box.
Is anyone can help identify where to come two orange wires in fuse box from сigarette lighter

Excuse me for my english, i'm from Russia
