Ignition switch or bad ground?

Ignition switch or bad ground?
Hello all... I recently pulled, rebuilt, and reinstalled my 97 bravada's 4l60e and after chasing electrical issues I finally got it running perfect.. Couldn't be happier there.. But now my power windows, locks, overhead console, sunroof and heater-a/c isnt working.. Along w the dreaded ABS light on.. I just installed a tv/dvd player as well and all of that works fine.. I suspect the ignition switch..BUT... I dont want to say for sure or not because my power seats are working but just going way slower than usual.. I also have power everywhere at the fuse box and all fuses are good.... I have had the dash out of this truck for a heater core replacement so I know it pretty well.. I know the connections and all.. But not positive on where grounds may be.. I should also mention that my dome lights in my overhead have never worked in the vehicle and when I reinstalled the dash from said heater core replacement I was getting a battery drain over night issue and have no idea wtf it was about.. The dome lights were sticking on and all I had was the floorboard ones so I removed the bulbs and it quit draining the battery.. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Heres an even more baffling story to add to the whole mix.. I took my power probe out yesterday and pulled out the power windows huge fuse in the side panel of my dash and I put power to that hole and it made a click in the dash and all started working.. Drove around for three hours with all good.. Then walk out to it to drive it home and it wont come out of park.. After messing w the wires to the neutral safety it came out of park.. Drove for about 15 minutes and randomly the windows wont roll up anymore and the abs light is on but now I have my overhead console and my door locks working.. Im gettin pissed off.. How does forcing power down its throat fix the problem for a few hours then right back to f'd up...

There are some relays buried up under the dash on the driver side behind the cluster. I think they control the interior circuits. I had a security issue the locked up the whole truck. One of the problems i had was a toasted relay. If ya look at my security issue thread someone posted a diagram for me to ref. Using my phone so its hard to dig right now. That may help you find the problem.
