Default Ignition troubles after stereo swap. Truck will not turn off by key now.

I have an 89 S10 Blazer 2 wheel drive. I swapped out a stereo last week and now my truck will not shut off by the ignition I have to get into the fuse panel and pull the ignition fuse before it'll shut off. Wondering what in the world is behind my stereo that is causing my ignition issues now.

You didn't happen to connect the memory (battery) lead to the ignition lead, did you?
