Interior Cluster Wiring Harness

Interior Cluster Wiring Harness
Good morning Good folks of this fine Blazer forum.
I am looking for help with a wire harness rebuild.
I bought a Jimmy SLE 4 dr about 3 months ago, that had troubles with the climate control ****/blend door actuator. I changed the actuator to a chinese aftermarket part as its function is not critical. but even before this, my interior fuse at location 21 for the HVAC continues to blow.
I think it may work for a few days if I, don't shoot me down, place a higher amperage fuse in by 5a. it still will blow after a few days.
Well I'm determined to have this Jimmy in near perfect shape to have as my daily for a long time; it is currently at 133k and sound as can be.
I pulled the wire harness to look for a short, and found a whole mess of bandaids wrapped in duct tape.
Now, it looks like the tech knew what they were doing somewhat, but ultimately went the lazy route.
Would somebody kindly assist me in rebuilding the wire harness? I'll attached some photos.
I have a group of four grey wires that have been lumped together. and a pair of brown wires that are jumped.
I need to find out the correct route for these wires. but in doing that, I understand there may be other electrical problems that this sought to cover up.
Any advice will be highly appreciated,
I hope i can help someone out in the future by solving this one with yalls help.

4 grey wires is a normal factory wire splice.
Take it back to the original config before it was jumpered.
Take out the two jumpers and see if fuse stops blowing. If so, then fix whatever has stopped working! I'm guessing that 2 separate circuits are being operated from the one fuse and that exceeds what it will take.
