Long story short, battery would drain quickly and the local shop (whom I've had really good experiences with) tracked it to the BCM. They replaced it, had it programmed and now the Service 4wd light is on with no control in terms of engaging 4wd (no lights on the push buttons either). They actually told me that it's stuck in 4 wheel drive now, but I can't seem to notice it, I would think I could.

Is it possible that I received a 2wd program? If so would this happen?

I should add that they told me this code was there to begin with, but the bad BCM wouldn't process the error code since it wasn't any good. That make sense?
