I just scored a curved bar today, not sure what size, it's about an inch longer on either side than the top of the windshield, from work (salvage yard) for $20 Came in on a Tahoe but has some strange looking brackets on it that the previous owner just self-tapped into the door jamb. I just ordered some Silverado mounts, look just like Newguy's, off eBay for $12. Be awesome if I can make them work! If not, I'll figure something out, at least it's not like the brackets were $50 or something lol

Close up of mount configuration?

I'm going to be remounting my 50" curved this weekend, it's just too low... Going to be moving it up a good bit.

I want to copy your mount setup Hadyss, I really like how yours turned out

There is a little bit of custom bending required to get them just right I have a 42” curved on it so might be a bit easier with the 50 but the mounting was easy drill some holes and they have some expanding nuts for the bolts had to bend the top corners of the door just a tiny bit to seal abit better from the rain

So much of a cleaner solution than my method... THANK YOU for the detailed close up pics. Job well done sir...

I'm definitely fixing mine this weekend. I actually went and picked up a threaded nut inserter tool at Harbor Freight to make the install easier lol
