Default Lights slight pulse - video of it

I read some posts of similar issues, but mine does not fit what I found.

I noticed tonight my headlights and my dash gauge lights have a very slight pulse look, sometimes a slight dim effect.

not really a flicker ..nor do they go out.
Only at idle around 650-700 rpm once rpm increase to around 800+ it
stops.

See video - just above center line band of bright white light.

Inline volt meter stays 13.8 to 14.1
The alternator is 6 mos or less old.
Battery is less then a year old.

Ideas on what it could be. ?

Sounds like it could be a symptom of a bad ground. I would start by checking and cleaning all your connections on your main grounds and seeing if that solves it.

Ive had an issue on my 95 with my lights pulsing, i was already looking to upgrade my alternator because of the lights i was going to be adding. Put in the ad244 and have not had any issue with pulsing lights anymore.
