low beam issue and corner light issue

low beam issue and corner light issue
to start i have a 99 blazer. my problem is that when i turn my truck on only my driver side low beam comes on but if i switch to high beam back to low they both come on. i do have hids and i have the drls disengaged. my second problem is my driver side corner light in the main housing works when wants. any help would be appreciated
