Default Driver side headlight low and high beam on at same time with little light??

I had an hid kit in my vehicle and all of a sudden the driver side light stopped working. So i thought the ballast was bad because i had problems with the same one before. So i took the kit out and put my normal bulbs back in and when i turned the switch on the drivers side high and low beam are lite at the same time but are very dim? I dont know if the relay or something is bad? ive never seen this before so id appreciate someones advice.

figured it out, it seems the drivers side daytime running light fuse blow and caused the lights to act screwed up.
