If you aren't going to use them as actual fog lights anymore, you don't actually need any diodes.

Haha okay, to be as clear as possible, I have drawn up a little diagram of how I'd wire the relay. I am still wanting them to be fog lights, so I will need the diode. I do know I have to put it in-between the signal and the source, but I wasn't sure on which side of the relay. (If it really matters)

Ok this is how you would do one side, the fog switch would need to be split into two wires to run to each relay and the two diodes so each side doesn't feed the other as well.
