Default My Power seat does not work

I have a 2001 LT blazer with a power seat on the driver side. The seat does not move at all so I took it out to measure the voltage and it reads 10volts. When I looked this problem up, people were saying that there are 3 orange wires that merge together under the carpet but I don't think that's the case with 2001s. I also tested the seat to see if that was the problem but it works fine. Does anyone know what this problem could be?

Thanks,
Kyle

The wiring diagram shows a splice with three orange wires where it comes from the circuit breaker and splits to the two front seats.

No, I just saw it on the wiring diagram. I would probably start by taking the seats out and looking under the carpet. Also check the circuit breaker.
