I have a 97 s10 I was driving the other day and it stumbled and died I got it to start up went home and then it fired up fine drove to Walmart and when I come out the store I turned my key on and none of gauges work or dumbly lights and wouldn't turn over when I tried to start it it set for three weeks afterwards. I got in it the other day and same thing except now it turns over but don't fire I checked all my fuses with a test light and half my fuse box doesn't have power but if I jump power to the side that doesn't have power the gauges work and it fires and runs fine anyone know what it could be

 

Have you checked the ground under the fuse box? Sounds like it was loose & then popped off. Just an idea because I had an issue similiar to that a while back & it was the ground.
