Smile New Headlight switch replacement

I need to replace the headlight switch on my 2000 Blazer without fog lamps. I purchased a new unit on Ebay and it seems easy to replace. My question is how do I remove the large bezel that goes around the front of the dash. I noticed it has a single bolt above the speedo and nothing else showing. Ant help would be greatly apreciated.

It might just be held in with them little plastic tabs, thats how my old '95 was. Remove that bolt, then lower your steering wheel as far down as you can and carefully start pulling the bezel off. Be careful when going over the hazard switch because it is very easy to break that thing off (ive done it twice) without even trying. That thing breaks if you look at it wrong, lol.
