I am pondering the idea of putting the 02 or newer outside mirrors with power, heated, turn signal, maybe even also puddle light on my wife's 98. I know the plugs will be different but that might be overcome as long as the mirror will bolt into the door. Has anyone does this ? Is this more parts and work than it's worth ? Perhaps I should put into 99 elephants and just re-wire the plug. Any help is appreciated.
