Default No Fuel - Electrical?

I have a 2000 Blazer 4x4. It's not getting fuel. I took it on a 2.5 hour trip came home shut it of and it would not start. I noticed the fuel pump was not running. After I let it set for 20 mins it almost started and the pump started working? The fuel pump seems to be running now? I just replaced the fuel pump 8 months ago. The filter did seem somewhat plugged. It acted fine on our 2.5 hr trip, no jerking, chugging or loss of power.

So far I have done the following:

1. Replaced the filter
2. replaced the MAP Sensor (after I broke it $65 down the crapper)
3. I'm getting gas up to the throttle body. (I removed fuel lines and gas is present when I turn key on)
4. If i put gas directly in the throttle body it fires up.

Is it possible the fuel pump is bad? The thought of this kills me. Maybe not enough pressure? I'm lost. GRRRRRRRRR
