Unhappy No POWER to Air Conditioning Compressor

I have a 1998 4.3L V6, no power going to Compressor. I decided to try and get my air conditioning system working again. I had a bypass pulley installed in place of a seized compressor for a while. I bolted everything down, hooked up all the wiring, and attempted to get the compressor-clutch engaged so I could charge the system. I placed a jumper-wire between the two terminals of the low-pressure cut-off switch, which should have supplied power to the compressor, sadly it did not. I checked the three relays found at the rear of the engine compartment and all are good. The fuse inside the truck is good, I'm running out of possibilities here, hopefully someone has an idea as to what the problem could be.
