Default No power, only dome light

Ok, i have a 87 K5 and i only have power to the dome light. about 2 months ago i started my blazer and when i pulled the **** for the head lights the engine died, it did that a couple of times. i let it set for a while thinking about it and it didn't make any sense to me so i tried starting it another time and it fired right up, pulled the **** and head lights with no problems. Now the odd stuff. about two weeks ago i headed to the store and got a weak start but it started up, as i left the store it got even weaker i thought it was going to die but it didn't. i headed to the gas station which was about five miles so i ruled out alternator, i got gas and tried to leave but she wouldn't turn over. i tried and tried and tried while being jumped for about 45mins. next when i turned the key there was no starter. so i got it toed but before that i had power to every thing inside the cab just no starter. so got it home the next day and i have no instruments, radio, windows or locks only headlights and dome lights. i had the starter and battery tested and all is good but no more headlights. i have no idea whats going on. please help and ask questions so i may help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
