I was going on your ride being a 2002. Not sure on a '95, sorry. 98+ have a second fuse panel just forward of the ABS on the driver's side.

Check the wiring at the hinge on the back door/window, it's exposed to the elements and gets wiggled back and forth everytime you open it up. The harness at that point could be damaged, maybe not even visibly. If it's everything in the back door i would start there.

are you sure its getting no power at all? because I had the same problem with mine but mine sounded like it was trying to pop the hatch but it sounded like it didn't have enough "power". I also thought that it was a wiring/fuse issue because it happened right after my alternator went out. After messing with all the wiring and fuses with no luck I took the plastic pannel of the trunk and took a look. What happened to mine was the little plastic piece that unlatched the hatch broke off so when I was pressing the button the mechanism was working but the plastic hook was broken. What I did was just screwed a metal hook into what was left of the broken plastic and hooked it into the latch. It have been working great ever since.

Haven't heard anything out of them in a couple of days. Probably got it fixed. Just like most of them. You never hear from them again so you really don't know one way or another.
