Default No rear running/parking lights

Need some help from the knowledgeable group here. The problem is, I have no rear running/parking lights. The front works just fine, but after checking bulbs and fuses and replacing the light switch in the dash I still have no power to them. Brakes and turn signals work just fine.

I was told there is possibly a seperate fuse under the hood, but that information doesn't make sense as I still have front parking/running lights.

Any ideas here on what I should look into next?

Thanks for any help given!

Matt
