Off roading wiring issue

Default Off roading wiring issue

I have a set of off road lights on my roof that have stopped working
I check the fuse that's ok checked all grounds all ok
I used a test light at the fuse, switch, and bulbs. All spots light up I have power up to the bulbs so I guess it's a bulb change them nope still no lite up
Any ideals so mi missing something?

Two things are needed to energize a device. Power & ground. Have you tested your ground?
