the right side signals flash normal and the bulbs are good.
the left side signals flash very fast and the bulbs are good.
what could be the problem ??

Very common problem on 2nd gen Blazers, mine use to do it also.
The flasher is located behind the glove box door, just push the sides and it will fall right out.
You can then turn on your turn signal and hear the clicking, thats your flasher.
Here's the way I fixed mine months ago.

REl Signal
Fixed.
I checked the large bulb on the drivers side on the lower part of the reflector.''apparently it was slighty loose.
I snugged her up and the signals flashed normally.''
No need for a new flasher.
Thanks.
