Rear defroster problem

Default Rear defroster problem

Mine is showing a .002. What's this mean?

Not sure if its working or not just purchased the vehicle. Did use frost fighter to reattach a tab to window.
Have voltage to one wire and none to the other.
Ohms is like I said in the previous post.

Just checked the grid with a check light. Lights up on all grids closest to the drivers side. Further away u go the light gets dimmer and eventually won't light up.

May this be a ground problem?

Here's how to test it:
With the ignition in the RUN position, defroster activated, unplug both wires from the grid. One wire must show battery voltage. The other must show less than 5 ohms resistance to ground. If both of those check OK, and the defroster does not work, the grid has an open circuit.
