Default rear wiper not working

I have tested my switch and can tell that it is working and i have traced the problem to my wiper motor and my pulser, with the switch on the rear wiper doesnt do anything leading me to beleive the pulser isnt working because it is getting power however when i give 12 volts to the wiper motor i can hear it spinning but the wiper doesnt move very much leading be to beleive that there is a gear stripped somewhere, does anyone know if there is any cheap solution to this problem, i cant afford a new wiper motor and i cant even find a new pulser. Thanks.

Junk yard is my first go-to answer. Probably get it cheaper there than anywhere else. The rear motor should be in good shape even used, since most people hardly ever use them :P
