Unhappy remote control

Hi I am a new Member of the amazing Forum
My problem is I lost my remote control in my blazer 1999 4WD
I couldn't find Alternative remote control in the city that I live
please what i can do
I am tired of using key to open and close car
can i use a remote control of other new models or another car

Finally
I'm sorry for bad English because it is not my mother Language

maybe try ebay and then get it reprogrammed.

just a hunch

thank you i will try this but if there any number or code i must write on serch to get the right one and work with my blazer

in my country it is available for new models of trail blazer does it work ??

not to bad, plus you can program it yourself i guess

You have to find out the FCC ID from the RKE module located just behind the DLC (data link connector) on the top side of the lower hush panel under the steering wheel. It will have a number on it that ends in R. The transmitter will have the same number that ends in T. These must match or the fob will not be able to communicate with the receiver.

the one u need is part number 15732805
and its ez to program it
get in the truck shut the doors
hold the lock button key on, key off, key on key off
release the unlock button
the doors should lock and unlock themselfs
then hold the lock and unlock on the key fob 15 or so sec.. release
then start truck and turn it off
try remote

hi I'm new on here and just had a question similar to this one, i have a remote but my truck doesn't have the module could i install a module (as long as it matched my keyfob) ? would it matter what year it came from and where (besides a junk yard ) could i find one?
