Resoldering 4x4 selector switch question?

Resoldering 4x4 selector switch question?
I have read in these forums about re-soldering the connections on the selector switch to correct an intermittent selector switch light problem. Are they talking about re-soldering the terminals marked with the yellow arrows in the attached picture? I can't seem to get the switch apart any further to get to the under side of this without possibly breaking it.
