Blower Motor Or Selector Switch?

Blower Motor Or Selector Switch?
94 Full size Blazer. My blower motor only works on the 2 high settings. I located all the relays behind the glove box and replaced the high and low speed relays with effect. Is sounding more like a motor or the switch box in the dash or is there a resistor on the motor?
