I took one roof rack bolt out and drilled the hole bigger and ran the wires through there. Then siliconed the hole, no leaks

Just add another relay somewhere under the hood This is where I have all of mine mounted. Its just a piece of thin sheet metal bent to fit and screwed into the fire wall. Everything is convenient and out of the way. I actually have a fourth relay there now as well. The relays are numbered along with the power wires coming off the battery and the switches inside the cab for easy identification.

And heres a shot of the entire engine bay. Nice and clean looking with all of the wires (except one) wrapped nicely in wire loom to keep things clean.

This scares the crap outta me!!! All that wire right at a spot on the door where these trucks are known to be tight fitting and often times rub together. That just looks like way to much potential for an arc to happen and cause a fire to me

Yeah I know... The hole I had under the luggage rack was to small for the bigger wires so I decided to just run them by the door for now. I will change it at some point this summer because yes, it does not look to safe and it just looks terrible.
