Exclamation Security System, Door Chimes, & After market Stereo Deck

I have used the search feature on both BF & Google, and I can not get a definitive answer so I will try to ask here. I am seriously considering replacing my stock stereo with a Pioneer 2 din deck. I have ran across a couple things and people seem to say "this will happen," or "that didn't happen to me." So I ask.

1) Will replacing my stock stereo with an aftermarket stereo disable my security system?

2) Will it disengage my airbags, or affect my on-board computer?

3) Will my door chimes cease to work?

I appreciate any and all replies (especially prompt ones!).

*EDIT* I forgot to mention: I have a 2 door 2003 LS 2wd model, non- Bose system. And it does appear to be 2 din as it has a cassette tape and cd player. I have replaced the busted cardboard door speakers with Pioneer 6.5"s, just replaced the busted itty bitty baby tweeters in my dash with Polk 4x6s, and am soon to replace the last working impotent 6x9 in the rear (not looking forward to that project).

Well, though it was a hot debate with many great inputs I went ahead and did it. The answers helped me finalize my decision. I have bestbuy installing the deck right now. Yes I could have done it myself. But I consider time and effort v cost, and $60 to have someone do it in less than an hour do what woulda taken me 3 hours, lots of swearing, and probably broken things is worth the money spent.

I am here to answer my own questions in hopes that someone can find the help I was unable to.

1) No

2) So far, not that I know of.

3) No

After installation the new deck stopped putting out any sound halfway to my house. I turned around and BestBuy had to put in another one. Apparently the first was defective from the factory. All is good now, and I just finished installing my ne Polk 6x9s in the rear (which was a royal PITA).
