sending full power to DRL?

sending full power to DRL?
anyone know if this is possible? i want to put some 9005 LED's in for my high beams on my 2000 blazer. i am getting HID lows so the highs will only be used for DRL and flashing people but im afraid the LED's need full power to work for DRL
