Default So dash lights

Ok so this weekend i decided to pull the fron bezel off the dash so i could rewire my HU. well i got the HU put in and running good. I put the dash back together (everything back in the right spot) and guess what........my dash lights quit working on me and they worked fine the night before i tore it all apart. I think i pulled something lose but i dont know what. Has anyone done this before and what could it be. also its not a fuse i checked already.

if i remember correctly, there was an orange wire that said "dash illumination" coming from the harness that plugs into the harness in your car, the one that you wire up to the radio harness, and there was no wire to match it up too?

Re-check your fuses. you likely left the illumination wire bare and or let it hit something it shouldn't have.

yes it would still work just fine. only thing it's there for is if your aftermarket radio has the option of dimming with the dash lights. i RARELY ever use it at work for customers cars unless they specifically want me to.
