Source for rear door power window switch

Does anyone know of a place to find a rear (single) door power window switch other than the dealer or a junk yard?

I've checked on ebay and all the sites listed here. The front ones are easy, but I can't find a rear one.

I'm looking for one in graphite if possible.

The one I have has the following numbers on it
J12M-8071
15151466
3479B

I'm not sure what those numbers are.

This is a 2000 Blazer with black leather interior

15151466 looks like it may be the GM part number for the surround plate, not necessarily the switch itself.

LMCTruck.com carries the rear door switch under PN 29-8129.
