Default Speakers dont work

Last week I bought a 2000 Blazer and it has an audio head unit installed on it, The guy who I bought it from said that it was working a few days ago (could be a lie) and just randomly stopped working. Any ideas on what it could be and how to fix it? No music while im driving is killing me
