Default Stuck relay?

Under the left side of the dash in my 2000 Blazer is the "Relay Block". I believe I have a stuck relay. There is about a 1 amp power drain on the battery with the key off. Enough to kill the battery over night. If I unplug the relay block connector the drain stops.

What I can't figure out is how to get the relay block out so I can access the relays.

Can anybody tell me how it unclips?

Pain in the butt. At least I got it out without breaking anything.
