Body relay block location, removal & schematic
When I was searching for information on what relays are in the body relay block, I came across numerous threads asking about its location and how to get it out. I figured since my dash is out I'd take a few pictures showing how it's attached to try and help people get an idea of what they need to do to remove it.
It uses plastic clips and attaches to some holes in the pedal assembly bracket.

You have to push the bottom two clips down

The top two are hooked downward, so once the bottom is unclipped, you have to push the relay block up and towards the front of the vehicle.

Then you can pull it down, remove the cover and access the relays

I found this diagram online after some searching

(1) Park Lamp Relay
(2) Courtesy Lamp Relay
(3) Retained Accessory Power (RAP) Relay
(4) Power Seats Circuit Breaker
(5) Power Windows Circuit Breaker
(6) Inadvertent Power Relay
(7) Door Lock Relay
(8) Headlamp Ground Relay
(9) Driver Door Unlock Relay
(10) Door Unlock Relay

I had a problem with the tail light on my 1999 model Blazer (brake lights and turn lights worked, but not the main tail lights). I searched for the body relay block behind the panels below the instrument panel/on the drivers side in order to check the Park Lamp Relay which seems to be part of the circuitry for the tail light. Then I found a box labelled "Runninglight EB701" next to the steering column that contained three fuses. A 10 A fuse was broken. Once it was replaced my rear lights worked again.
Since I live in Norway I guess this may be a modification for European and/or Norwegian vehicles. But I mention this in case it is of help to someone.
