Default Temp, speed, tack, fuel gages, power locks, radio, and some lights inoo

99 blazer gage cluster inop (oil and volts work), power locks radio and some lights don't work. While driving the Gages and radio flicker and stop then start working again. Checked all fuses and in the process of checking wires but I'm stumped. If I hit the lock button I hear a relay click in the dash, when everything flickers, I hear relay clicking behind the dash. There is no power getting to the (radio batt, radio ign, per aux, ctsy lp, cig ltr fuses). Any suggestions?

Thats what I was thinking. Just haven't found any bad wiring yet. I also noticed that if the auto lights are on as well as the headlamp switch is on, everything works. I tested the headlight switch and seems to be working fine.

I found the problem, Found a bad ground to the BCM. On the brown connector which controls security, locks, RAP, and dome lights.
