1997 Blazer.

Where will I find the annoying door buzzer...? Short of using an axe or sawzall to find it I am not having luck isolating the noise and putting my hands on the little fart. It's afraid of dying and must be hiding. Stays on when the truck is running and the door is open.

Does the headlight/parking light switches on this thing have internal illumination..? Mine don't and I didn't see a provision for a bulb so I am wondering if its even part of that assembly.

well the 2nd question is no there is no backlight for the headlight/parking switch, and as far as the buzzing noise goes my bravada did that once i just got into the passenger seat and kicked under the dash a few times and never heard it again not the right way to fix it, but it sure stopped lol hope that helps ya buddy

 

Mine is located in the steering column on the right side (near ignition). I have a problem finding out where to put mine because someone took it off and I want it back on lol. It's a little white square with 2 wires coming out of it...about the size of a smaller peanut M&M I would say, and it has a tiny little button on it. Also has a clip on it...so I am guessing mine should be clipped somewhere, just not sure where. You will have to open up the column casing.
