Default Please Help Identify Two Things

1. Wire hanging down from inside my IP on my new 2001 Blazer. Was tucked up inside until I pulled the instrument cluster out - then it fell down. Doesn't look like a factory wire, but who knows. Looks sort of like like a USB cable to me. What's it for?

Thanks in advance,

Les

2. Antenna on Right rear window.

Looks like a phone charger and aux Phone antenna to me or possibly the cord goes to the antenna is there anything in the inside of the window?. Back in the day people actually thought driving an antenna to their window would help with cell reception.

The antenna is a dealer option for a mobile phone antenna. The cord looks like a GPS power wire, not factory. If you have a Garmin or Tomtom GPS, plug it in and see if it powers up
