Default URGENT Help with multifuction switch wireing harness

I'm trying to replace my multifunction switch on my 1999 Blazer 4dr 4wd 4.3. I've got everything stripped down. The old multi switch is unbolted from steering column but I can not for the life of me figure out how to unhook it from the wiring harness. I've been looking at all the multi switch threads and all they day is to "unhook it" . I've loosened the red bolt, am I missing another bolt somewhere? Are there some magical clasps hidden somewhere? And also how do you get that dag gum little green plug that is on the top right of the steering wheel? help please, wife wants to go out tonight and I am feeling more like an *** every second
