Default What is this switch for?

I was working on running some wires for my off road lights, when I can across this switch. It is right by where a scanner is plugged in. I'm just curious as to what it is. Thanks in advance.

Not factory, that is for sure. start tracing the wires and see where they run to.. that is your best bet.

It's not factory, could be anything. You would have to follow the wires to find out.

I have a different type of switch mounted in that general area that disables the aftermarket command start.

When I found it it was on, so I didn't want to touch it, I wasn't sure if it was factory or not, thanks.
